2. Product Information
– Handmade Rugs : Our rugs are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These variations are inherent in handmade products and do not constitute a defect.
– Custom Orders: Made-to-order rugs are created based on your specifications. Please review your order details carefully, as custom items are non-returnable.
3. Pricing and Payment
– Prices : Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
– Payment : We accept Razorpay (Credit card,debit card,UPI, etc) . Payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
– Shipping Costs :
(A)-Free Shipping PAN India
(B)-worldwide Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the rug’s dimensions.
– Delivery Times :
Each order which are READY TO SHIP will be dispatched within 5 to 7 days of the time that it was placed by the customer.
Mostly all our rugs are made on to order, general lead time for all our 100% handmade products ( Cushions, Carpets,Rugs/dhurrie) is 1 to 2 Week
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.
5. Returns and Refunds
– Return Policy: Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy. Custom orders are non-returnable. For defective or incorrect items, please refer to the Return Policy for instructions on how to resolve the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
– Ownership : All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Bharat Rug Story and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
7. User Responsibilities
– Accuracy of Information : You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
– Account Security : If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities conducted under your account.
