1. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping PAN indi on every item purchased through our website.
international Shippment Chargea. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and rug dimensions.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
2. Processing Time
– Made-to-Order Rugs : Since our rugs are handmade, please allow 1-2 weeks for production. We will provide updates on the progress of your order and notify you once it is ready to ship.
– In-Stock Rugs : Orders for in-stock rugs will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
3. Shipping Times
– Domestic Orders : Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after the rug has shipped..
– International Orders : Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 1-2 weeks for international shipping. Customs processing times may affect delivery.
