1. Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our handmade rugs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized or made to order. However, if you receive a rug that is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept a return under the following conditions:
– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– The return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
– The item must be in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

2. Approval : Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions if your return is approved.
3. Shipping : If approved, securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include a copy of the return approval email inside the package.

– We will cover the shipping costs for returning a defective or damaged item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Non–Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
– Custom or personalized rugs.
– Rugs that have been used or altered.
– Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).
